You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.

Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@sohofurnishing.co.uk or call +44 7466 213265 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number.
- Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Items: Pack items securely in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Ship Back: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 working days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs:
- Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Large Furniture: We can arrange collection for a fee, or you can arrange your own courier
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 working days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 5-10 working days
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or fault
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- We cover all return shipping costs for faulty items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
Warranty Claims
All furniture comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from returns and will be handled according to our warranty terms. Please contact us for warranty claims.
